We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Training & Development Manager to elevate performance across our Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams, ensuring every employee has the skills, confidence, and support to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. We operate across three offices: London, Glasgow, and Manchester. You will be based in London, though the role will require travel between the three locations for face-to-face training sessions. The RoleAs the Sales Training & Development Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and execution of all training programmes across the business, with a core focus on sales excellence, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. You’ll deliver high-impact sales training, support management capability, coach teams on best practices, and ensure all employees, whether in Sales, Operations, Finance or Marketing, receive consistent, engaging, and effective training. You will report directly to the Director of People, working in close partnership with the Sales and Marketing Director and department heads to shape a high-performance culture across the organisation. You’ll also act in a train-the-trainer capacity, equipping managers to support and develop their own teams. What You’ll DoOnboarding & InductionDeliver onboarding for new starters across all commercial teamsProvide clear training on products, processes, and systemsKeep induction content updated with department leadsSales Training & EnablementTrain core skills: cold calling, consultative selling, objections, negotiation, pipelineRun refresher sessions and ongoing coachingConduct call listening, floor-walking, and structured feedbackSupport rollout of scripts, pitches, and campaignsManagement & Leadership DevelopmentCreate and deliver manager development programmesTrain managers in coaching, communication, and leadership stylesEquip leaders to run effective 1:1s and performance conversationsSupport emerging leaders in building core people skillsCross-Department TrainingProvide training for Operations and Marketing to boost collaboration and product knowledgeSupport Operations & Events with client experience and process trainingLearning Materials & ContentProduce presentations, guides, workbooks, and e-learningKeep materials clear, engaging, and consistentMaintain a centralised training libraryQuality Assurance & InsightsConduct observations and coaching assessmentsIdentify skill gaps using data and feedbackReport training impact and performance trends to leadershipWhat You’ll BringExperience delivering training in a fast-paced sales environmentStrong understanding of sales processes and telesales techniquesHands-on coaching experience (call listening, floor support, behaviour coaching)Experience developing managers and supporting leadership capabilityStrong facilitation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to create clear, engaging contentConfident using CRM and digital tools (Salesforce)Perks & Benefits At Corinthian, we reward performance and prioritise your wellbeing.
