Training AdministratorLocation - Northampton (hybrid) Salary up to £27K + Quarterly Bonus As a Training Administrator you will work within the HR Team to support with training and other HR tasks where appropriate. You will need to be highly organised, possess good oral and written communication skills and can juggle many tasks at once whilst delivering the outcome to a high standard. It is essential to have a can-do attitude and the capacity to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment. Full Training will be provided on all systems required within this role.Job Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver InductionsBook, Organise and Oversee New Starter Training Plan for all rolesBook and plan external training – liaising with external providersImplement policies in the Northampton office in line with Bechtle UK and Bechtle Group guidelines6,18,12 training plan.Complete DBS checks for Northampton engineers and update Head of HR with any issuesUpload Training Dates to PeopleHR & maintain the shared Training CalendarLog Training Certifications & provide support with searching and booking for Training CoursesChasing of vendor certificatesWork with all teams to keep the Learning Campus for the UK up to dateAnniversaries for NorthamptonBook probation visits to HQ for those passed probation.Manage local benefits to the Northampton office to maintain relationships with providers.Right to work checks on induction for Northampton Employee’s.Offering HR information to new starters and managers as and when requiredLocation Specific Admin SupportJob RequirementsStrong admin experience.Positive attitude with an upbeat and helpful personaStrong understanding of confidentiality.Extremely efficient and organized whilst paying attention to detail.Team player but with the ability to work from their own initiative.MS word & MS Excel knowledge would be advantageous.Ability to work as part of a team and display teamwork.ExperienceProven track record within a similar roleWhat we offerHybrid Working (3 days in / up to 2 days remote if required, after probation which is 3 months)£27,000 with the potential to earn up to £500 per quarter bonus after probationLocation – close to the centre of Northampton with a modern, up to date living space Culture – Social events, Supportive, Fun, Hard workingPerks – Incentives (holidays, vouchers, lunches, spot prizes)Top of the range technology in office and for home working (laptops, screens, etc) Subsidised health care/medical benefitsAnnual Leave – 25-30* days plus B.H’s + optional 2 weeks unpaid. *Increases with time spentReports to: Head of HR Bechtle UK
