Monday to Thursday 7am - 3.30pm Friday 7am - 2.30pm Start and Finish times can be flexible Salary is up to £35,000 Would suit someone that has had experience as a Vehicle mechanic, HGV mechanic/fitter/technician, PSV technician/mechanic, Rail etc. About the Team: Working within a team of 40+ technicians across the site to remanufacture mechanical/electrical assemblies to O.E standards. What you can look forward to as a Workshop Technician Dismantle and re-assemble transmissions, axles and final drives in accordance with pre-determined work instructions and quality specificationsInspect components and assemblies for deterioration, wear and serviceability and provide failure analysis on said componentsWork on own initiative and as part of a team to solve work related technical problemsOperate all plant equipment including mechanical handling, pneumatic/hydraulic/electric tooling and when required test apparatus.Carry out all personal practices in an efficient, quality, health and safety conscious and environmentally friendly manner, particularly ensuring a clean and safe working environment is maintained to the required department standard. Just Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our client, a well renowned dealership near Aldershot!   An opportunity exists for those with NVQ, Level 3 minimum, in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair or equivalent and a stable workshop-based career profile, ideally gained within a Franchised Dealership or reputable independent Garage.This role will be based within a busy Automotive Workshop, carrying out service and repair on a range of vehicles. The successful candidate should be qualified to NVQ L3 minimum or equivalent and will receive industry-leading support and training in order to progress his/her skills within an ever-evolving and highly exciting environment. You should be highly organised, conscientious and a great team-player with a strong work ethic, completing jobs to Dealership standard along with all associated documentation. Plenty of overtime is available and a bonus system is in place, rewarding for productivity and efficiency. The successful candidate will be organised and methodical in their approach, have the ability to comply with manufacture lead processes and procedures whilst working to deadlines to meet customer expectations.
