With direct exposure to high-quality assets, experienced senior stakeholders and technically complex buildings, the roles offer considerably more ownership than a conventional contractor-side or workspace FM position. Each Technical Services Manager will be responsible for the engineering performance of the whole building, covering central plant, landlord systems, common areas and critical infrastructure, alongside compliance, contractor performance, lifecycle planning and capital improvement activity.
