Job Title: Installation Project CoordinatorLocation: Based in Didcot with travel across the UK and IrelandSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annumJob Type: Full time, PermanentAbout the role:We are looking for a proactive and organised Installation Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Installation Manager, you will play a key role in delivering installation projects for medical imaging equipment, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction at every stage.This is a varied, hands-on role combining project coordination, technical understanding, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Project CoordinationCoordinate installation projects from enquiry through to completionAct as a key point of contact for customers and end usersCoordinate effectively with internal teams and international colleagues to ensure smooth deliverySite Surveys & PlanningPlan and conduct installation site surveys across the UK and IrelandAssess site readiness and ensure health & safety requirements are metIdentify and coordinate any additional project requirements with stakeholdersMethod Statements & DocumentationProduce site-specific method statements and risk assessments using company templates to ensure that local and national regulations are met.Ensure that stakeholders are kept fully informed of site-specific requirements and are kept updated on any plan changes.Customer ServiceMaintain and develop strong relationships with customer project managersDeliver clear updates and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionSupport investigation of customer complaints, ensuring resolution is achieved and feedback is recorded in a well-structured report for the customerTeam Support & TrainingSupport scheduling and planning for Installation TechniciansAssist with onboarding of new techniciansBusiness DevelopmentIdentify opportunities for additional servicesSupport preparation of quotations for additional or ad-hoc workWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Strong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesStrong understanding of relevant safe working methods and regulatory requirementsAnalytical mindset with good IT skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant background with strong practical skillsTeam leadership or supervisory experienceDesirable:Appointed Person qualificationExperience with crane deliveries and riggingExperience installing medical equipmentAdditional Information:This role involves travel for site surveys and installations.
