Development is encouraged through experience, responsibility and exposure.The RoleYou will provide proactive paraplanning administration support across the full client journey. This includes processing new business applications, managing servicing activity through to completion, and supporting the delivery and implementation of financial planning and investment recommendations.Your day-to-day work will involve producing simple suitability letters, assisting paraplanners with research collation and documentation, submitting and tracking applications, transfers, payments and transactions, and chasing providers where required. You will keep clients informed of progress, maintain accurate client records within CRM and document management systems, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.Over time, there is scope to broaden your involvement as your confidence and capability grow, working more closely with paraplanners and advisers and taking on greater responsibility within the team. Progression is aligned to performance, accuracy and consistency rather than tenure alone. The hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch.
