These roles are ideal for individuals with experience working with children or vulnerable adults who want consistent, long-term work in supportive school environments close to home. The role As a Teaching Assistant, you may be placed in primary, secondary or specialist settings depending on your experience and preferences. You will support pupils in the classroom, assist teaching staff with lessons and routines, and provide small-group or 1:1 support where required. Schools are looking for reliable, caring and proactive individuals who can build positive relationships and support pupils' learning and well-being.
