Key Responsibilities: Specialist Curriculum Delivery: Lead on the delivery of The King's Trust programmes and Travel & Tourism qualifications, providing pupils with practical, engaging, and vocational pathways to success.Bridging the Gaps: Planning and delivering lessons that address significant gaps in knowledge and lower levels of prior attainment caused by periods of absence from mainstream school.Literacy & Numeracy Focus: Supporting pupils who may have difficulties with reading and writing, ensuring they regain confidence and fundamental skills.Adaptive Teaching: Tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each pupil, focusing on emotional regulation and resilience alongside academic progress.Holistic Support: Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create a safe, predictable, and nurturing learning environment.
