Description Build and maintain tax relationships with clients including owner-managed SMEs and medium sized groups.Work with Corporate Finance colleagues to provide tax input into due diligence projectsWork with managers on advisory projects and transaction supportDevelop own and colleagues' professional abilitiesProvide an exceptional level of client servicePrepare and review computations and liaise with specialists on technical mattersManage client's corporate tax affairs including payments, enquiries and providing ad hoc adviceSupport colleagues dealing with complex groups and technical issues Profile A successful Corporate Tax Associate should have: An ATT/ACA/ACCA Qualification.Part-Qualified or Qualified CTA.Proven experience in an associate role or equivalent within a tax department (Mixed Tax or Corporation Tax).Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, i.e. payroll taxes & SDLT.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using tax software and digital tools.
