HR Business Partner - Retail We are supporting a growing, people-focused retail business as they look to appoint an HR Business Partner to support their retail operations and wider people agenda. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, where the retail estate is front and centre and people, culture and capability genuinely matter. Reporting into the People Director, you'll work closely with retail leaders to support performance, engagement and capability across the store network, while playing a key role in building strong, future-fit teams. This role will really suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, understands the realities of retail, and brings a strong recruitment background to support ongoing growth and change.
