Talent Acquisition Partner | Cambridge (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)12-month interim role (strong potential to go permanent) |Salary: £44,000 – £58,000 DOEThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to join a highly intelligent, collaborative and mission-driven scale-up during a critical growth phase.You’ll join a small TA team supporting hiring across software engineering, hardware engineering and scientific roles, partnering closely with hiring managers who value quality, thoughtfulness and realism over speed for speed’s sake.This role would suit someone who enjoys complex hiring challenges, values candidate experience, and wants to develop their capability in a technically demanding environment.What you’ll be doingOwning end-to-end recruitment delivery across specialist technical rolesPartnering closely with hiring managers to shape briefs and hiring strategiesDirect sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals and eventsManaging job adverts, screening, interviews and offer processesBuilding and maintaining proactive talent pipelinesDelivering an excellent, human-centred candidate experienceSupporting wider TA projects and process improvementsWhat they’re looking forProven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition PartnerBackground hiring technical or hard-to-find skillsetsComfortable managing multiple roles concurrently without losing qualityStrong sourcing capability and relationship-led approachOrganised, proactive and data-awareA genuine team player who enjoys collaboration and shared successExperience in deep tech, science or engineering environments is beneficial but not essential.Working model & benefitsHybrid working: 3 days onsite (Cambridge HQ)37.5 hours per week | Core hours 10am–4pmPension: 8% employer / 5% employee28 days annual leave (+ carry over)Supportive, values-led environment with long-term growth potentialFor more information please reach out to Jacquelyn or Alesia at The ONE Group
