Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Fashion IndustryWe’re proud to be partnering with a leading global fashion business to appoint an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function while leading and inspiring a small team to deliver exceptional results. You’ll play a key part in shaping the company’s talent strategy, ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience across every touchpoint.What you’ll do:Support and lead on a number of projectsManage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Design and implement talent acquisition and employer branding strategies that attract and retain world-class talent.Deliver impactful employer brand campaigns to enhance market presence and engagement.Partner closely with senior leaders to develop hiring solutions aligned with global business objectives and policies.What we’re looking for:Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Proven background in retail or fashion recruitment, ideally with exposure to creative and design functions.Demonstrated project leadership experience and a genuine passion for innovation in recruitment.Solid experience within a head office recruitment environment, ideally within fashion retail or a related sector.A collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused approach to working with your team, hiring managers, and people partners.A genuine passion for identifying top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
