(T&Cs apply) Duties and responsibilities Provide 1st Line Technical Support to All Group Businesses during normal working hoursProvide 2nd Line Technical Support to All Group Businesses depending on experienceMaintain a High Level of Customer Support for all support issues receivedCommunicate with Group Staff either via email , on the telephone or face to faceAttend group Sites to resolve issues on site as and when requiredPreparation and Configuration of new and existing computer equipment to required group standardsRaise Support calls with Third Party Support companies where appropriateCreation and Removal of user access for New staff and departing StaffBasic system administration of the group computer systemsAttend group Sites to complete installations of new equipmentAttend group sites to aid with major projects such as refits, new acquisitionsComplete specific projects as assigned to them by The Group IT ManagerPerform any other task that is required to ensure group functionalityEnsure Group IT Policies are enforced at all times Applicant’s requirements: To have previous experience within a IT support roleThe Individual needs to be flexible, prepared to work away from home, either as part of a team or on their own, for short periods if there is a requirement to complete a group major projectAbility to work to strict deadlinesTo communicate well with colleaguesTo be well organised and methodical when attacking projectsTo dress according to the Motorline handbook uniform requirements.
