You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a new property management system, replacing the existing platform and reshaping how the business operates across its residential, commercial and development portfolios. Experience in the property or real estate sector is highly desirable, particularly where multiple asset classes are involved.You’ll be comfortable working hands-on with integrations, APIs and developers, and confident overseeing data migration and system connectivity. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and its integration with third-party platforms will be a strong advantage, as will experience working with finance systems such as general and purchase ledgers and payment platforms.Strong stakeholder management skills are essential. You’ll be equally confident engaging senior leadership and working closely with frontline teams, translating technical delivery into clear business outcomes.
