This isn't just a job; it's a chance to shape the future of their Building Surveying department.This is a retained search for an ambitious professional who wants to progress to a Partner level and play a crucial role in expanding the company's offering, particularly within the Luxury Residential Market.The roleAs the new Senior Associate Director, you'll be the driving force behind the Oxford office's Building Surveying team. Your main goals will be to:Lead and grow the Building Surveying team in Exeter, acting as a mentor and guide.Revamp and expand the service offering, focusing on both Commercial and Residential Building Surveying.Develop new business in the region and push into the high-end Luxury Residential sector.Collaborate and mentor colleagues in other offices, sharing your expertise and helping the wider team grow.Manage key client relationships and stakeholders.RequirementsWe're seeking a passionate and driven MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a proven track record of leadership. To be considered, you'll need:Chartered status (MRICS) is a must for this role.A degree in Building Surveying or another RICS-accredited, construction-related field.Strong experience in both Commercial and Residential Building Surveying.Demonstrated experience in business development and team leadership.Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work independently.A full, clean UK driving license.Salary & BenefitsThis permanent, full-time position offers a highly competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, with some flexibility for the right candidate.Relocation allowance for candidates moving to the Devon area.Company car or travel expenses.25 days of annual leave .Pension scheme.Paid professional fees and support for your continued training and career development
