Product Support Specialist (Paraplanner)Location: RemoteSalary: Salary up to £45,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Specialist to join a fast-growing, technology-led financial planning business. This fully remote role is ideal for an experienced paraplanner or financial planner who enjoys combining technical financial planning knowledge with technology, training and client support.Reporting to a senior product leader, you will play a key role in driving user adoption of an innovative cashflow modelling and financial planning application, acting as the main point of contact for UK-based financial planners and advisers.Role OverviewAs Product Support Specialist, you will provide in-depth functional support to end-users, helping them model a wide range of financial planning scenarios using the platform.
