Reception & Office Support | Abbatt Group Are you a natural people-person who thrives in a busy office environment? We're looking for a proactive and welcoming Reception & Office Support professional to be the face of our company and keep our operations running smoothly. Ideally someone with a few years experience gained in a similar role, you will be happy working alone and have a high level of autonomy over the reception and office areas. This is an office based role, working in our High Holborn office (closest stations Chancery Lane, Holborn and Farringdon) ideally 9am to 5:30pm (but we may consider shorter hours for the right candidate) About the Role As our first point of contact, you'll create a professional and friendly experience for all visitors, candidates, and clients. You'll also work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure the office runs like clockwork - from managing meeting rooms to keeping everything well-stocked and organised. What You'll Be Doing Welcome visitors, candidates, and clients with warmth and professionalismManage reception area, meeting rooms, and calendar bookingsSupport daily office operations - stocking supplies, maintaining equipment, coordinating with IT supportAssist with new starter setups and ensure they have a great first dayHandle general admin tasks including filing, scanning, and document preparationKeep the office environment clean, organised, and fully operational Who We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with great attention to detailProactive problem-solver who can work independentlyFlexible, helpful attitude and ability to juggle multiple tasksProfessional demeanor with a genuine passion for supporting others What we offer £28,000 to £32,000 dependant on experienceFriendly and supported office environmentgreat benefits package including gym contributions, 25 days holiday, private medical and season ticket loanprogression opportunities Reporting to: Operations Manager Ready to be the heartbeat of our office?
