Cover Supervisor - Location: WestminsterAt Engage, we’re working with schools in Westminster to recruit daily Cover Supervisors who can support on a supply basis to cover planned and unplanned sickness. This is a key role within the Buildings and Facilities team, responsible for managing in-house maintenance contractors and ensuring the smooth operation of engineering services across the site. About the Role Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (ME&P) services through a team of approximately 20 maintenance professionals. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring environmental conditions and associated plant are maintained to the highest standards.Coordinating replacement engineering items and system upgrades with key stakeholders.Driving efficiency and sustainability through plant selection and energy reduction strategies.Managing budgets and providing monthly financial reports.
