Hybrid work scheme.You will be responsible for leading on research and developing strategies for clients in order to meet their marketing & brand objectives.You will need to be adept at both qualitative & quantitative research, using modern & analytical skills to unlock insights. As an innovative problem solver, you'll be constantly seeking new ways to connect with audiences through new & existing platforms. It is essential that you have previous agency experience, managing medium to large scale research projects. You will be collaborating closely with Creatives, Strategists, Commercial Teams and Researchers to create compelling campaign ideas & executions, as well as translating strategy in ways that inspire rather than constrain.Key skills will involve experience of planning multi-channel social, influencer and content marketing campaigns. You will have strategic input into any new business pitches, and present at these when required. Your role will require you to prepare campaign strategy, campaign messaging, content strategy & ensuring this runs from strategy through to execution of all campaign assets.Other parts of this role will include conducting research and analysing data to develop effective creative strategies for clients. This is a broad and hands-on role where you will create, own and deliver strategic work across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with well-known global brands, helping them solve complex challenges across product, content, and go-to-market strategy. The Strategist / Senior Strategist will play a key role in delivering insight-led thinking and building strong client relationships.What you’ll be doingAs a Strategist / Senior Strategist, you will lead a variety of strategic projects from start to finish. You will conduct research, analyse data, and turn insights into clear, actionable plans. This includes market and competitor research, audience analysis, and identifying key themes from social and digital channels. You will work directly with clients, leading calls, running interviews, and presenting strategic recommendations. A key part of the role is taking ownership of projects and ensuring they move forward effectively.
