You set the tone for service. You help your team grow in confidence, knowledge and consistency. The role sits at the point where design, problem-solving and commercial awareness meet, without feeling hard-sell or pushy.Key Responsibilities• Oversee the showroom’s performance and ensure targets are met in a thoughtful, sustainable way.• Lead, support and coach a small team, creating a culture built on accountability, pride and collaboration.• Guide customers through choices, suitability, sizing and pricing, helping them shape ideas into something real.• Take ownership of more complex or high-value client projects, offering reassurance and clarity throughout.• Manage the full customer journey: consultation, design guidance, quotations, payments, delivery and aftercare.• Resolve challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset, keeping the customer experience smooth and positive.• Maintain impeccable showroom standards, diary flow, CRM accuracy, and the rhythm of communication.• Track KPIs and capture insights that support continuous improvement.• Hold responsibility for the showroom’s overall presentation and commercial success.• Work closely with head office as the wider business continues to evolve.What You BringEssential• A natural leadership style that motivates without noise or ego.• Experience training, coaching and managing performance.• A genuine commitment to outstanding customer experiences.• A commercial mindset with success in a customer-focused environment.• Strong attention to detail and a tidy approach to time and task management.• Confidence analysing data and using it to guide improvements.• Clear communication skills and comfort with digital systems.Desirable• A creative streak and interest in interiors or design-led environments.• Experience managing a showroom or similar customer-facing space within interiors, luxury retail or home improvement.
