Owning or involved in all aspects from concept, design, scoping, roll out, end user adoption and support.Create and deliver training, including training documentation – in collaboration with the training department. Supporting training efforts (formal and informal) and work to identify new opportunities to improve D365 usage.System administration, ensuring accuracy and integrity of system configuration and system data.
