Customer Success ExecutiveThis organisation sits at the intersection of psychology, data, and technology, helping businesses make better people decisions.They’re growing their Customer Success function and are looking for someone early in their career who’s keen to learn, build relationships, and grow into a full Client Success role.Role Overview:Location: New Malden/Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days working from home)Package: £30,000-£40,0000pa + development support + annual bonus + benefitsIndustry: SaaSWhat You’ll Be Doing:Acting as a first point of contact for customers, offering clear, confident, and people-first supportSupporting a portfolio of direct clients to get real value from assessment platforms and toolsHelping with onboarding, training sessions, and early product adoptionResponding to day-to-day questions and guiding users through the platformTroubleshooting basic issues and escalating when neededSupporting partner and reseller contacts with platform usage and processesAssisting with partner onboarding and enablement alongside senior colleaguesBuilding trusted relationships with both clients and partnersSpotting common themes, questions, and opportunities to improve the customer experienceFeeding insights and feedback into Customer Success and Product teamsGradually taking on more ownership as you develop towards a Client Success Manager roleMain Skills Needed:1+ years of experience within Customer Success or Support would be valuedInterested in building a career within Customer Success Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable learning and working with SaaS platforms and technologyOrganised, proactive, and keen to build new skillsGenuine interest in customer success and relationship-led rolesDegree-level education, ideally in psychology or a related subject would be desirable.
