Site Supervisor – Electrical Engineering ServicesWe are seeking a proactive and organised Electrical Site Supervisor to support the successful delivery of engineering projects and outages. This role is critical in ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all site activities are delivered in line with HSE standards, including RAMS and point-of-work risk assessmentsSupervise technicians on-site, ensuring clear understanding of work scopes, quality requirements, and deadlinesMonitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time and to specificationMaintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with requirementsPrepare and support work scopes, including PPE, tooling, QA documentation, and equipment sign-offProduce technical reports and provide daily updates to managementVerify and approve timesheets prior to final submissionLead toolbox talks and participate in monthly safety meetingsConduct site audits, identifying both improvements and best practiceSupport and manage the team, resolving issues and ensuring effective deliveryLiaise with engineers, planners, and internal departments to coordinate activitiesAbout YouStrong leadership and team coordination skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilityHighly organised with strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable, proactive, and solutions-focusedExperience with CRM or workshop management systems is advantageousQualifications & ExperienceSSSTS (or equivalent)Engineering background (electrical preferred)Previous supervisory or team leadership experiencePackage negotiable for the right candidate.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where you can play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering services and driving operational excellence.
