TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGERRendall & Rittner • £Competitive • Hybrid/Home BasedROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Technical Services Manager to take ownership of technical service delivery across a growing residential portfolio.This is a high-impact role where you will lead on mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) strategy, ensuring developments are mobilised effectively, risks are managed early, and assets perform as intended long term.You’ll work closely with New Business, Mobilisation and Property Management teams, supporting both new instructions and existing developments.
