You'll work on a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial sectors, gain exposure to high-profile clients, and collaborate with industry experts in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.The OpportunityIn this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering expert acoustics solutions while managing your own projects from inception through to completion. You'll play a key role in both technical delivery and client relationship management, with the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting site visits, noise measurements, and technical acoustic assessmentsProducing high-quality reports and delivering expert advice to clientsManaging projects independently, ensuring delivery on time and within budgetAttending and presenting at client meetingsSupporting and mentoring junior consultantsBuilding strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat and new businessManaging financial aspects including fee proposals and invoicingMaintaining and developing your technical expertiseAbout You3-5 years' experience within the acoustic consultancy industryDegree qualified (BSc/BEng or similar, 2:1 or above preferred)Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (or working towards)Strong technical and analytical skillsConfident communicator with excellent written and verbal skillsCommercially aware with experience managing project financesProven ability to manage workload and meet deadlinesExperience mentoring or supporting junior team membersFull UK driving licenceYou'll also be collaborative, proactive, and personable, with the confidence to represent the company in client-facing environments.Interested?For more information or to apply, please contact Amir Gharaati at Penguin Recruitment today.
