These programmes are strategically linked and essential to the ongoing development of the company’s security and technology capabilities. The successful candidates will bring a strong track record in delivering enterprise-scale IT and security programmes, balancing hands-on delivery with the ability to provide executive-level assurance.Role & Responsibilities: Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programmes, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.Implement and mature security controls and enterprise technology foundations, bridging the gap between security requirements and technical delivery teams.Develop programme plans, governance, and reporting mechanisms to provide assurance to senior leadership.Work closely with technology teams to design, implement, and optimise infrastructure, cloud solutions, access management, and networks across multiple sites and geographies.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between security initiatives, technology transformation, and operational requirements.Drive programme risk management, identifying and mitigating issues that could impact delivery or security posture.Mentor and lead programme teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
