An established company are currently looking for an Administrator/Scheduler to join their thriving team. The Administrator/Scheduler role involves managing the scheduling and dispatch of Engineers required to complete repairs/commissioning, ensuring that client requests are fulfilled effectively.Salary: £28,000 - £30,000Quarterly bonus – company performance bonusHybrid - 1-day WFHFlexible start time – core hours 40 per weekGreat company pension scheme Administrator/Scheduler responsibilities:Managing the scheduling and dispatch of staff to complete worksOptimising the allocation of engineers, taking into account their skills, availability, and locationMonitoring and managing Engineers in real-time, responding to changes in schedules, customer requests, and unexpected issuesProviding excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers, Engineers and internal stakeholdersIdentifying and resolving issues that may impact operations, such as scheduling conflicts or unexpected delaysGenerating reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementWorking closely with Engineers, customer service representatives, and other stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless communication and coordinationAdministrator/Scheduler skills/competencies:Previous experience in a similar role desirableStrong communication skills and excellent attention to detailProficiency in MS Office including Word and ExcelApply today!
