Salesforce Developer – (Development, Apex, LWC, SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Salesforce) – Permanent – Remote Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Developer one of our key clients who are a fast growing organisation where Salesforce sits at the core of the business. This is a great opportunity to join a small, highly effective Salesforce team and play a key role in delivering an ambitious product roadmap.The successful candidate will take ownership of programmatic development within the Salesforce platform, working closely with the Salesforce Administrator and Product team to deliver new features, integrations and platform enhancements.Location: RemoteSalary: Up to £70,000 per annum D.O.ESkills/Requirements for the Salesforce Developer: Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer, a minimum of 5 years commercial experienceHands-on development using Apex, Triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service CloudExperience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations using APIsExperience working with Flows and Salesforce automation toolsStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development standardsExperience working with Jira and Agile / Kanban environmentsAbility to gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholdersComfortable writing and reviewing technical specificationsStart date is ASAP for the Salesforce Developer The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for:Developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web ComponentsWorking alongside the Salesforce Administrator to ensure best practice across the platformTaking ownership of release cycles, implementing and deploying new platform updatesBuilding and maintaining Salesforce APIs and integrations with third-party systemsCollaborating closely with product teams and stakeholders to deliver platform improvementsChampioning good engineering practices and development standardsCommunicating progress clearly across the team, including updating Jira boardsSupporting the ongoing development and optimisation of the Salesforce CRM platformAbout You:Enjoy working in a collaborative, agile team environmentComfortable working in a Kanban or Agile delivery modelProactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindsetStrong communicator who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders directlyAble to work independently while contributing to team objectivesPlease send an up-to-date copy of your CV to be considered for the Salesforce DeveloperSalesforce Developer – (Development, Apex, LWC, SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Salesforce) – Permanent – Remote
