The Role As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the external sales team and ensuring excellent service to customers. This role is ideal for someone with a manufacturing or engineering background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment and acting as a vital link between customers, sales, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Support the external sales team with day-to-day account administration and customer enquiriesUsing SAPProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare quotations and follow up with customers as requiredLiaise with internal departments including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilmentMaintain accurate customer and order records on internal systemsRespond to customer queries regarding products, lead times, and pricingEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and attention to detail About You Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment is essentialExperience using SAP and inputting orders onto systemsExperience in sales support, customer service, or internal sales is highly desirableStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator, both written and verbalComfortable using MS Office and internal ERP/CRM systemsA proactive team player with a professional and customer-focused approach
