Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations and Service to ensure enquiries are handled promptly and accurately, supporting targets and service level agreements.You will;Respond to telephone, email and online sales enquiries, providing timely and professional service within SLA deadlinesSupport the sales team and partners as the first point of contact for sales-related enquiries and follow-up activitiesAccurately input and maintain customer and sales data within core systems from multiple sourcesPrepare and distribute sales reports and daily activity logsLiaise with internal teams (Operations, Credit, Compliance) to resolve queries on first contact where possibleSupport and prepare administrative contract changesManage a personal workload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and individual targetsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team initiativesWho we’re looking forWe are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
