This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for delivering growth across both Foodservice and Retail Convenience channels.You'll take ownership of field execution, coaching and developing teams, while ensuring channel strategies are effectively implemented at site level.ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop a high performing field sales teamDrive delivery of KPIs across Foodservice and Retail Convenience channelsDevelop and execute the Independent Foodservice growth strategyRetain, grow, and reactivate existing and lapsed customer accountsCollaborate with Channel teams to execute account and channel plansMonitor performance vs plan and implement corrective actions where requiredDeliver regular coaching, 1:1s, and field accompaniments to drive performanceOversee training, development plans, and onboarding for new startersExperienceProven experience in field sales leadership or managementStrong background within FMCG, ideally within Foodservice or RetailTrack record of delivering sales growth and performance through teamsExperience managing both direct and indirect reportsExposure to national account management is advantageousThis is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading global FMCG business experiencing exceptional growth.
