Full Time | PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic sales function.In this role, you will take ownership of a shared inbox, liaise confidently with customers and third parties, and provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team. If you are organised, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesInbox & Communication ManagementIndependently manage a shared email inbox, ensuring queries are handled efficientlyRespond to customer and third-party enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and timely mannerTender SupportPrepare and submit approval requests for tender participationEnsure submissions are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal processesCommission ProcessingProcess payments to third parties, including raising requisitions and GNR documentationHandle invoice processing and ensure accurate financial recordsExtract, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and complianceAdministrative SupportMaintain reports, spreadsheets, and key documentationDraft and send contractual letters, including contract expiry notificationsSales Team SupportProvide cover for Sales Executives and Customer Managers when requiredSupport general sales administration activities and ad hoc tasksAbout YouSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in administration, customer service, or sales supportStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent organisational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAble to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPersonal AttributesCustomer-focused with a professional approachProactive and able to use initiativeFlexible and adaptable with a willingness to support multiple areasComfortable working in a fast-changing environmentA collaborative team playerWhy Join Us?Be part of a supportive and collaborative teamDevelop your career within a growing businessGain exposure across multiple aspects of sales operationsReady to make a difference?
