Sales Coordinator (Full Cycle) – Industrial Supplies Central Scotland (Office-based with flexibility) Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Salary £27k - £30k + BonusThe RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join the team within a growing industrial supplies / Nuts, Bolts & Fasteners business.This is a full-cycle sales coordination role, where you will take ownership of customer accounts from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and aftercare. You’ll play a key part in delivering a first-class service, ensuring customers receive the right products, on time, every time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire sales process from enquiry to delivery and aftercareIdentify any upselling needsProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyProvide quotes, pricing and product advice (nuts, bolts & industrial fasteners)Act as the main point of contact for customer accountsLiaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, purchasing) to ensure smooth order fulfilmentTrack orders and proactively communicate updates to customersHandle queries, returns, and resolve issues quickly and professionallyIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accountsMaintain accurate records within CRM / ERP systemsWhat We’re Looking For Experience in a sales coordination, internal sales, or customer service role Ideally from an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or construction supplies background Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with a customer-first approach Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a busy environment Good IT skills (Excel, CRM systems, order processing systems)Knowledge of nuts, bolts, fixings or industrial products is highly desirable, but not essential.What You’ll GetCompetitive salary and bonus structureStable, well-established business with growth plansSupportive team environment with training providedOpportunity to build long-term customer relationshipsCareer progression within sales or account managementWhy Join Us?You’ll be joining a business where service, reliability and relationships matter.
