Your new roleAs a Project Operations Implementation Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of client projects from initial handover through to completion.You will work closely with internal teams across operations, supply chain, and commercial functions, as well as liaising directly with external clients. The role will involve coordinating project activity, supporting on-site implementations and ensuring high standards of service delivery throughout.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of projectsSupporting implementation activity both remotely and on client sitesManaging timelines, updates, and project documentationLiaising with internal departments and external stakeholdersSupporting the resolution of issues to ensure smooth deliveryAttending client sites (typically 1-2 days every other week)Aftersale management of vending and asset management solutions Extensive stakeholder liaison and internal departmental liaisonCapturing and management of implementation data and documentsCustomer engagementOperations adminsitration and reporting Knowledge of MS Office to an excellent level is required.Knowledge of VIM, DLF , kanban systems would be useful but not essential What you'll need to succeedYou will be a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get involved in hands-on project delivery.
