HR Advisor
Are you experienced in HR Employee Relations and looking for a new role? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People team at Sovereign Network Group (SNG) on a permanent basis. Based from our Basingstoke office, you'll combine office and home working in line with our hybrid working approach. SNG is one of the largest housing associations in England. We provide over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across London, the South East, South West and East of England, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable homes every year. The Role Reporting into our ER Lead, you'll provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to enable the capability of Managers and employees in dealing with all people matters. You'll be: Providing advice, guidance and support to line managers on a range of Employee Relations issues, adopting a coaching style to support the development of organisational capability in managing these issuesA key point of contact for ER issues that arise as a result of any organisational changeEnsuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures and that they are effectively and consistently applied across the organisationPreparing documentation for Employment Tribunal cases and technical support to relevant stakeholdersSupporting the delivery of people focussed organisational initiatives including activity, such as supporting employee wellbeing and engagement, alignment of systems, policies and practices alongside new ways of working What we're looking for You'll need proven experience of delivering an Employee Relations advisory service in a fast paced, progressive HR environment with strong experience in casework. Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified or working towards this but it's not essential.
