Join us as a Risk Manager where you will play a key role in helping identify, drive and embed risk management improvements, as well as assisting with the preparation of information to support complex decision making and client reporting. The RoleAs a Risk Associate you will have a role that is out of the ordinary, working as part of a large, complex and diverse programme: Responsible for implementing and embedding appropriate risk management approachesEnsure Risk Management information is well documented, maintained and reported in line with requirements.Work closely with a range staff at different levels to identify, develop and deliver appropriate management information and processes.Support the upskilling of project staff, both through organised training and at-desk support. This role is full-time, 37-hours per week and can be based at one our UK hubs - Farnborough, Salisbury, Portsmouth, Malvern or Bristol Essential experience of the Risk Manager Experience in developing robust risk registers and mitigation plansExperience in applying a variety of risk identification techniquesProven track record of working effectively within multi-disciplinary teamsAwareness of Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) techniques.Proven track record of maintaining and reporting on risk information.Experience in developing Risk Management Plans (RMPs) and processes.Experience of proprietary risk tools such as Active Risk Manager, Predict! Risk Controller and Risk Analyser, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis (PertMaster), @Risk (highly diesirable)Experience in supporting other Project Controls disciplines (scheduling, reporting etc).Experience in working within the Defence Sector (Preferred) Qualifications for the Risk Manager Membership of a recognised professional institution, or working towards.We value difference and we don't have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience then we would like to hear from you.
