Revenue Analyst Salary: £30,000 to £36,000Hybrid working Oxford, OX1Calling all sports fans - we are looking for a confident and proactive Revenue Analyst to support month-end revenue reporting by obtaining, reconciling, and analysing data from multiple sources across the business. This is a new and exciting opportunity where you will be working onsite (approximately 1 days a week) at two of the most iconic sporting venues in the south of England and travel into the central London office twice a month. This role requires you to have your own car and you will be reimbursed for all you milage and travel expenses. Apply today for this once in a lifetime opportunity!Key Responsibilities:Obtain revenue and costing information from multiple data sources and systems.Proactively liaise with onsite staff (including chefs and operational teams) to gather required cost and revenue data.Confidently challenge and follow up where information is delayed or incomplete.Reconcile revenue data and maintain clear, well-organised supporting schedules.Raise invoices and support accurate month-end revenue completion.Extract, analyse, and validate revenue data using Excel and other online platforms.Provide clear analysis and back-up to support reported figures.Work to fixed reporting deadlines and manage periods of high pressure effectively.Key Skills & Experience:Strong experience gathering data from multiple sources (systems and people).Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with onsite operational staff.Highly organised with a proactive approach to chasing and resolving data gaps.Strong Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs & Formulas) and general IT skills.Experience working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.Some exposure to revenue reconciliation and invoicing.Nice to Have:Experience in revenue reporting, commercial analysis, or operations-focused finance rolesBackground in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations (beneficial but not essential)Note: This role does not require extensive accounting experience. The focus is on data collection, stakeholder engagement, reconciliation, and revenue analysis rather than technical accounting.
