About the role As a Resource Planner at KP Snacks, you will play a key role in keeping our Ashby site running smoothly. Working in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment, you will plan and coordinate labour across multiple production lines to ensure we meet demand safely and efficiently. Acting as the first point of contact for labour planning, you will work closely with Line Leads, Operations Managers and the wider operations team to balance resource, manage risk and respond quickly to changing priorities. This is a high-impact role where strong organisation, clear communication and proactive thinking will make a real difference every day. Our Ashby site is one of our largest, with around 650 colleagues producing around 650 tonnes of snacks every week in a 54,000m² facility.
