Resourcing Business Partner
Role: Resourcing Business Partner Location: London Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days on client site, 2 days working from home Join Reed Talent Solutions as a Resourcing Business Partner and play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of operational requirements for specific Managed Service accounts within our client portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring that resourcing outputs meet client expectations and that Reed achieves its commercial goals. Day-to-day of the role: Client Relationship Management, building an understanding of recruitment needs and providing knowledge of sector specific labour markets and innovative solutions to client needs.The role controls all communication and manages expectations of the client, our recruitment delivery teams and support suppliers; ensuring that the Managed Service fulfils all roles with experienced and compliant candidates.Co-ordination of the recruitment process is key - Conducting vacancy briefings, CV reviews to create a shortlist to present to the hiring manager, arranging interviews and managing offers, candidate compliance and start dates.Taking responsibility for use of systems and tech to maintain activity reporting and creation and delivery of regular Client MI and data reporting packs (Excel / PowerBi / PowerPoint).Acting as a first point of escalation for any issue resolution, ensuring client satisfaction and that all SLA's and KPI's are met. Required Skills & Qualifications: We need a great communicator, happy to speak directly and build rapport with all parties to deliver first rate customer service.We would be interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience of the recruitment process, ideally as a consultant, or part of an onsite or internal recruitment team who understands the candidate market and end to end recruitment process to be able to support and guide Clients, managing their expectations. Evidence of working in a fast-paced environment with capacity to manage a high volume of individual temporary booking requirements.Attention to detail and a passion for "making things happen" really helps. You will need to be able to prioritise your workload and be happy to work with systems and data to ensure that processes are followed and Management Information is accurate, as this will drive activity and performance.A team player is essential as we grow and learn by supporting and being supported by the wider team.
