This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, energetic, and professional environment where full training will be providedAbout the Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Recruitment Managers by identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for a variety of positions. This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll spend time speaking with candidates, building relationships, understanding career aspirations, and matching individuals with suitable opportunities. You'll also gain exposure to client visits and learn firsthand how successful recruitment partnerships are built.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and attracting candidates using job boards, databases, and social mediaScreening and interviewing candidates over the phoneBuilding strong relationships with candidates and understanding their experience and career goalsSupporting Recruitment Managers with live vacancies and candidate shortlistsWriting candidate profiles and presenting suitable applicantsManaging candidate records accurately on the company CRM systemCompleting pre-employment checks and GDPR processesIdentifying leads and referrals through candidate conversationsSupporting the recruitment team in achieving KPI targetsAttending client meetings alongside Recruitment Managers when requiredWhat We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is enthusiastic, personable, and eager to learn. Recruitment experience is not essential - full training will be provided.
