Joining a high-performing Group Reporting function within a large, complex international organisation, this role sits within a specialist reporting team responsible for complex areas of the group's financial reporting. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic transactions, and driving improvements across reporting processes. Based out of their Bristol Centre office, the salary on offer is up to £60,000 + benefits. Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting for a portfolio of joint venture and investment entitiesProduce monthly and quarterly management accounts, journals, and variance analysisEnsure balance sheet integrity through detailed reconciliations and reviewsDeliver overhead and cost reporting with clear commentary for stakeholdersManage intercompany recharges, settlements, and invoicing processesSupport month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring robust controls and deadlines are metPartner with finance business partners to reflect structural and commercial changes accuratelyContribute to technical projects including restructures, refinancing arrangements, and equity transactionsSupport the setup of new entities, partnerships, and reporting frameworksProvide insightful ad-hoc analysis to senior finance and operational stakeholdersReview work prepared by junior team members and support their development About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong technical financial reporting background within a complex group environment is ideal, but not essentialConfident navigating technical accounting issues and structural transactionsMedium-large company experienceProactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and automationStrong communicator, comfortable partnering across finance and non-finance teamsHighly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines Why Apply?
