You will:Work across our housing portfolio, supporting the delivery of reactive and planned repairsTake ownership of a varied caseload, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standardBuild strong relationships with residents, providing a calm, professional approach and clear communicationUse digital and smart systems to capture information and keep work progressing smoothlyCoordinate with colleagues, contractors, and partners to deliver the best outcomesManage your own diary and workload, balancing site activity with follow-up actionsWhat you’ll bringWe’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. This is the final stage of the selection process and will determine the outcome of your application.Feedback - Feedback will be provided following the Assessment Centre stage.
