We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to become part of our expanding team. You will collaborate closely with financial consultants to support the administration and ongoing management of pension and personal wealth client portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on taking ownership, working collaboratively, and consistently delivering an outstanding client experience.Key responsibilities:Manage and administer a caseload of pension and personal wealth clientsOffer daily operational support to financial consultants to ensure client accounts function seamlesslyRespond to client enquiries in a professional, prompt and courteous manner while upholding high service standardsPrepare necessary documentation, manage workflows and organise meetingsCarry out all tasks in accordance with internal procedures and current regulatory standardsKeep abreast of industry developments, regulatory updates and complete relevant training as requiredWhat we are looking for:At least 3 years’ experience working in financial services administration, preferably in pensions or personal wealth managementSolid understanding of financial products and the administration of client portfoliosPrevious experience assisting senior consultants or leadership teams would be highly desirableOutstanding communication skills and a strong client-service orientationHighly organised, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solvingProven ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform effectively both independently and within a team environment
