In this role, you’ll take full ownership of customer orders from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and exceptional experience for our Partners and Vendors.As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with our Sales teams to manage valuable and often complex orders, providing best-in-class customer service while identifying opportunities to add value at every stage of the process.What your role as a Sales Administrator will involveSupport the sales team by managing the end-to-end order processProcessing orders, identifying the correct processing method to useHigh focus on accuracy and customer serviceHandling order related queries, ETA, licenses and POD requestsRunning back order and shipping reportsSupport the sales team with P&A, Stock quotes, BID’sTo set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experienceA desire to build a career in the IT industryPrevious experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environmentA keen eye for attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to faceGood PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
