Our client, a well-known and highly respected lifestyle brand, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their inspiring and collaborative team.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering an innovative end-to-end recruitment strategy, helping the business attract and retain exceptional talent across the business.Working in a very collaborative people team, you will help shape the candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, and ensure recruitment processes are efficient, engaging, and aligned with the company’s culture.Key Responsibilities• Deliver a full end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles • Implement and continuously improve best-practice recruitment processes • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and culture • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Source and headhunt candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media • Conduct first-stage interviews and candidate assessments • Provide hiring managers with shortlists and recruitment insights • Ensure an excellent candidate experience, including feedback for interviewed candidates • Advertise vacancies on appropriate job boards and sourcing platforms • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks • Coordinate interviews and offers, ensuring smooth transition to onboarding with HR • Adhoc project workAbout You• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within retail, fashion, or a fast-paced growth environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving • Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously • Motivated, proactive, and results-driven • A collaborative team player with a flexible approach This is a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing brand with a warm, inspirational team, where you will play a key role in shaping the talent strategy and candidate experience.This is a hybrid role.Due to the volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted.
