Delivery Consultant – International (Permanent) Recruitment-to-Recruitment (R2R)Location: Hybrid / Office-basedSalary:£27,000 – £37,000 basic + commissionJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAn established Recruitment-to-Recruitment (R2R) search agency with a strong international client base is hiring a Delivery Consultant to support growth across the UK, Europe, and US markets, working exclusively on (permanent) recruitment assignments.This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for a recruiter who values structured processes, quality candidate engagement, and consistent delivery, rather than business development.The RoleWorking closely with senior consultants, you will deliver against international R2R search mandates, supporting recruitment agencies globally.
