We have great leadership in place to support, develop and challenge you and are now looking for great people join us and start a successful career at Pro.What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?You will need to build key relationships with both new and existing clients, account managing, sourcing both active and passive candidates and managing the full recruitment process from end to end.You will be recruiting for range of Finance and Accounting roles, at a Qualified level all the way up to the most senior end of the market. You be working with a range of clients from global household names, to more local smaller clients. As you are dealing with the qualified end of the market fees are generally higher than most, and you will really build a name and market for yourself within a niche specialism.What are we looking for in a Recruitment Consultant?You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates. When it comes to managing the recruitment process this is where you excel.
