Receptionist
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist and Administrator to join a growing team with a business based in central Hale in Altrincham. This will be a permanent role to support the offices with receptionist duties. Ideally you will be available to start throughout January 2026 and be happy to work within a business 5 days onsite on a busy reception desk. This is working with a professional services business that has been trading for many years covering up to 60 staff members and many visiting clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing enquiries and directing them appropriatelyAnswering incoming calls, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls as requiredPreparing, typing, and distributing correspondence, reports, and legal documentationSetting up and maintaining both electronic and paper filing systemsTranscribing dictation from digital recordingsScanning and saving all incoming postPhotocopying and collating correspondence and documentationScheduling and confirming client appointments, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshmentsOrdering stationery and managing office suppliesProviding general administrative support across the office Skills & Experience Required: Strong telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasksProfessional, confident, and able to work effectively under pressureComfortable taking ownership and making decisions when requiredGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel To be considered and for more information please apply with your updated CV using the link below.
