This is an office-based role with shift patterns typically between 7:30am-7:00pm. The working pattern alternates weekly between 7:30am-4:30pm and 10:00am-7:00pm. Duties: Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk, providing excellent hospitality and assistance to all visitors.Manage incoming calls efficiently, ensuring accurate redirection to appropriate team members.Address in-person inquiries with a commitment to superior client service.Actively coordinate and support the organisation of internal and external meetings and events, maintaining high standards.Offer administrative support to the Operations Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
