About The Role: We are committed to continuous improvement and as PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) & Quality Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the pre-sale operations for our range of garage equipment. You will oversee the process of equipment undergoing rigorous quality inspections and testing, to ensure that it will meet industry regulations and company standards and requirements, as well as meeting our customers' expectations. Working with several different departments and reporting directly to the Head of Technical & Training, you will also be responsible for managing the PDI team. This will cover Quality Systems and Health and Safety in the business which is a small-scale laboratory testing and calibration company where you will be a key individual making changes to processes. This isn’t a role simply maintaining standards and processes, but driving changes to these.
