Property Lister On target earnings of £50,000 to £100,000.This is a tried and tested self-employed business model. The Directors currently also operate in a highly successful high street Estate Agency so they have experience in building a business. Property Management is done for you in house at Head Office.You will pay a monthly license fee £295 plus VAT.If in a calendar year your bank £100,000 (on sales bankings only) your commission will increase to 90% for the rest of that year.
