Commercial Property Management Administrator – Norwich Office We are looking for a Commercial Property Management Administrator to join our busy team in Norwich. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the Commercial Property and Facilities Manager, Management Accountant, and another Administrator. About the RoleYou will play a key part in managing property administration tasks, including: Handling enquiries from clients, tenants, and contractors.Scheduling periodic management inspections and completing associated admin.Using property management software to timetable tasks, arrange works, and monitor contractor progress.Preparing and issuing Service Charge Statements of Expenditure and Budgets.Managing data on property management systems.Coordinating insurance renewals and maintaining accurate internal records.Managing utility contracts and arranging meter readings.Ensuring Health & Safety documentation is updated for properties and approved contractors.Updating property records with lease event dates.Obtaining and maintaining Money Laundering documentation for clients and tenants. You will also assist with wider departmental administration as needed.
